Ingredients
2 Morning Star Original Chik’n patties
4 small new potatoes
Low calorie BBQ sauce
BBQ rub
Low calorie ranch dressing
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375. Slice potatoes on a mandolin slicer and spray with pam. Sprinkle with granulated garlic and dried parsley flakes and spray with pam. Cook potatoes until browning and crispy.
Brush each patty with bbq sauce then coat with bbq rub and cook according to box directions.
Mix ranch and BBQ to make a dipping sauce.
