Fettucine Alfredo

Enjoy a low-calorie healthy comfort pasta dish for lunch!

Ingredients

4 Tablespoons parkay “butter”

½ cup almond milk or half & half

6 tablespoons veggie or fresh parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

½ teaspoon parsley, chopped

Pinch of nutmeg

8 ounces organic fettuccine

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions al dente and drain.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted add half & half, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper, nutmeg, and parsley. Stir until smooth and creamy. Toss with noodles and Enjoy!

{Serves 2 ~ 243 calories a serving}
