I LOVE snacking on edamame and always have single serve bags in the freezer that steam in 3-4 minutes. Makes snacking simple and delicious plus sprinkling sea salt on top, yum!
Therefore, when I came across Martha Stewarts Edamame with Chile Salt I knew I had to try it!
Here is Martha Stewarts Edamame with Chile Salt

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 pound frozen edamame in shells
Directions
Pulse red-pepper flakes in a spice grinder until finely ground. Mix with salt and sugar in a small bowl.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add frozen edamame, and cook until bright green and heated through, about 4 minutes. Strain, and transfer to a large bowl. Toss with chile-salt mixture, and serve.
The result: A DELICIOUS Healthy Snack
The only change I made was using a single serve steamer bad of edamame and my Mom gave me a bottle of crushed sea salt mixed with crushed red pepper flakes that I sprinkled on top.
