Melitzanosalata and Olive Bruschetta

You will need

A large baguette, bread of choice

Extra virgin olive oil

Garlic clove(s)

Melitzanosalata /Baba Ganoush

Large green olives, thinly sliced


Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and bake until crispy. Remove from oven and rub each slice with a garlic clove.

Spoon Melitzanosalata onto the baguette slices and top with sliced olives.

Serve lemon wedges on the side and enjoy!
