  • Whole heads of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Parchment Paper or Foil
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Peel away the outer layers of the flaky skin
  3. Leave cloves intact
  4. Cut off ¼ to a ½ inch of the top of cloves
  5. Place the garlic heads in parchment paper or foil
  6. Drizzle olive oil over each head, make sure each is coated
  7. Tie the paper or foil closed
  8. Bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes, or until the cloves feel soft when pressed
  9. Allow the garlic to cool enough to handle
  10. Use a cocktail fork or your fingers to pull or squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins
  11. Eat as is because they are just that delicious or mash with a fork and spread over toasted crostini and enjoy!

    I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get setup? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?

    Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads up and
    let you know a few of the images aren’t loading properly. I’m not
    sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same results.
